What CAD or 3D file formats do you accept?

We work from native CAD and neutral formats — STEP and IGES — plus polygon meshes such as OBJ and FBX, laser scans and point clouds. If no 3D data exists, we can rebuild a machine from drawings and photographs.

Do we need to prepare or simplify our CAD first?

No. You send the assembly as-is. We handle retopology, UVs, materials and level-of-detail so heavy engineering CAD runs in real time without losing dimensional accuracy.

Do our customers need a VR headset?

No. Every build deploys to the browser as well, so a laptop, tablet or trade-show touchscreen works. Headsets are optional and mainly used for operator training and immersive showroom demos.

It depends on model count and interaction depth, and the schedule is confirmed with you during intake. Scans and CAD rebuild work add time; a single machine with a defined interaction set is the fastest route.

As a planning reference, a one-time virtual showroom build starts around €50,000 and a training build around €80,000, against recurring costs such as machine freight, specialist travel and rework that the build replaces.
