Demonstrations, 3D models, renders, ROI figures and configurator outputs are illustrative and indicative only; they do not constitute a binding offer, quotation, warranty or professional advice. All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, the “NovaVR” and “Nova Media” names and marks, 3D models, animations, video, software and design — is owned by Nova Media NYC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

Client names, logos, machine models and footage shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission for demonstration purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Media NYC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or any content or third-party material accessed through it. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

This site embeds and links to third-party services, including video hosted on Bunny Stream, Vimeo and YouTube, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube). We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of these external services. When you view an embedded video or follow a link, the relevant third party’s terms and privacy policy apply.

Embedded video providers may set their own cookies and receive technical data (such as your IP address) needed to stream content.

6 · Privacy & data protection (GDPR)

As we operate in the European Union (Bologna, Italy) and serve EU customers, we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR. The data controller is Nova Media NYC (contact details in section 1).

What we collect and why

• Contact & enquiry forms and build requests: the name, email, company and project details you submit, used solely to respond to you and prepare proposals. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• Careers applications: the details you provide, used to assess your application.
• Local browser storage: optional features (such as page-exploration “rewards” progress and video playback position) are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and embedded media providers process limited technical data (e.g. IP address) to deliver and secure the site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, and we do not sell your personal data.

7 · Cookies & local storage

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use only:

• Strictly necessary / functional local storage on your device to remember optional preferences and progress (e.g. rewards points, video position). These are not required to browse the site and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
• Third-party media cookies set by embedded video players (Bunny Stream, Vimeo, YouTube) when you play a video, governed by those providers’ policies.

You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including EU member-state law.
